Weekly Residential Cleaning Packages
Imagine enjoying your pool at a moment’s notice without having to worry about water care. With our weekly service, you can. We are happy to care for your pool all summer long, and during the winter too! Make life easier with our weekly service programs. Icon Pools LLC is licensed, insured and all our technicians are certified pool operators (CPO). We love chemistry, we love what we do, and we are dependable. Our technicians will explain what needs to be done and what you don’t need to worry about. We offer quality pool and spa service that you can trust!
platinum Service Package
- Pool cleaned 2 times per week
- NO ALGEA GUARANTEE
- Inspect and communicate water levels
- Check and document water chemistry
- Add needed chemicals (all standard chemicals are included in cost)
- Empty skimmer baskets
- Complete equipment inspection
- Net pool surface for loose debris
- Vacuum leaves and loose debris
- Backwash filters as needed
- Empty pump baskets as needed
- One salt cell clean per year included
- Two Cartridge/DE filter cleans per year
- Includes one tile and skimmer clean per season
Gold Service Package
- Pool cleaned 1 time per week
- Inspect and communicate water levels
- Check and document water chemistry
- Add needed chemicals (all standard chemicals are included in cost)
- Empty skimmer baskets
- Complete equipment inspection
- Net pool surface for loose debris
- Vacuum leaves and loose debris
- Backwash filters as needed
- Empty pump baskets as needed
- One salt cell clean per year included
- Two Cartridge/DE filter cleans per year
Other Residential Services
We offer a wide range of services for our residential clients.
Pool Opening
Pool opening includes:
- Removal of winterizing plugs.
- Reinstallation of: Pump, filter and/or filter parts, gauges, stainless steel products, eyeballs, skimmer baskets, pump plugs, filter plugs, salt cell.
- Removal and folding winter cover.
- Quick brush of walls and floor.
- Add basic start-up chemicals.
**Vacuuming and removal of debris is available for an extra fee and we'll be done when pool is clear. (See pool opening agreement for details)**
**We do not open or service above ground pools.**
POOL CLOSING
Pool closing includes:
- Blowing lines with air and blowing antifreeze through lines where possible.
- Removing or winterizing filter, pump and heater, plugs and placing them in the pump basket or parts bag.
- Installing winterizing plugs and air locking main drain.
- Removing stainless steel ladder and or handrails where needed.
- Installing winter cover.
- Addition of basic closing chemicals.
**Vacuuming and removal of debris is available for an extra fee and we'll be done when pool is clear. (See pool opening agreement for details)**
